INITIAL PRICE QUOTE (PRE-OFFERING)

Filling in our online calculator to provide detailed information and description about your project. Initial price quote and estimation about required working days will be calculated. The calculator helps you decide every aspect of your request (quality, amount, mood, etc…) and it also shows dynamically how the final price is affected by changing certain elements. In case the provided data is not complete it will be requested. After your request has been processed, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

SUPPLYING OF DATA

Before the final price quote is provided, further data are required*. The more detailed the provided information, the more accurate the final price offer will be.

– 2D building and environment plans (dwg, dwf, pdf, etc…) – 3D building model (fbx, dae, 3ds, obj, etc…) or CAD/BIM data of the building (ArchiCAD,AutoCAD, Revit, IFC etc…) – In case sharing is not possible print-screens are also sufficient enough – Photos of the environment and the project’s surroundings (landscape, streets, etc…) – Image references of the desired lighting and mood for the final visuals.

OFFICIAL FINAL PRICE QUOTE

After looking through every received data, official final price quote will be made and sent for confirmation.

OFFICIAL CONTRACT

Shortly afterwards the final price quote is approved we provide the contract. Our team will begin the job after the contract is signed.

PHASE 1 – MODELING

BUILDING UP THE MODEL	FIXING AND DETALING	IMPORTING DETAILED MODEL
First renders will show the building without any material or texture (so the client may approve of the building and environment model). After sending the result, feedback will be expected. This is the stage in which the client may modify some model details. The client is able to ask for modification two times (revision).	For architectural visualization it is crucial that the model is highly-detailed. Small details like defined door handles, handrails, pattern of coverings, etc… make the image lifelike. That is why, we make some fixing and detailing on given averagely detailed models.	Verifying, optimizing and preparing the model for the 3D visualization. PHASE 2 – BASIC SETUP

LIGHTING, COMPOSITING, BASIC MATERIALS

The illumination will be based on your selection and the camera angles will be set up. The end result will be sent to the client’s e-mail addres. In the next 24 hours we are expecting, in a form of an answer e-mail, the list of the desired revisions, or the unconditional approval. This stage is where the client may modify the materials, camera angles and lighting.

PHASE 3 – PRE-FINAL CORRECTION

ADDITIONAL MODELS, ADVANCED MATERIALS, POST PRODUCTION

At this phase the previously provided revisions will be made, and the progress of the scene will be continued. The renders given at this point will still contain image noise and it will be medium resulation, but they will conatian every element the final image conatins. The renders will conatian fully detailed materilas, additional objects, furnitures and peolple. The end result will be sent to the client’s e-mail addres. In the next 24 hours we are expecting, in a form of an answer e-mail, the list of the desired revisions, or the unconditional final approval. This stage is where the client may modify the materials, and additional objects, furnitures and peolple.

PHASE 4 – FINAL – PAYMENT

Upon receiving the final approval of all required images, rendering will proceed and a download link for the final visuals will be sent to the client’s e-mail addres. This will require a few days based on the size of the project, resolution and amount of desired images.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Additional costs only occur in case you require changes over the value fixed in the contract.
